At Preferred Family Dentistry, we work hard to improve our patient experience persistently. We are now offering our own in-office dental plan* for patients that do not have a dental benefit plan from their employer, significant other, the state, a discount plan, or do not have an individual dental insurance plan.
Our in house plan is called, Smile Shield. We offer this plan at just an annual fee of $700.00, that's over $1,500.00+ in yearly savings!
This Plan Includes:
-2 Examinations
-2 Cleaning (Regular or Perio-Maintenance
-2 Fluoride Treatments
-4 Bitewing X-Rays
-2 Periapical X-Rays
-2 Emergency Exmas with Necessary X-Rays
-1 Full Set of Dental X-Rays Every 3 Years
-2 Tubes of Dental Professional Fluoride Toothpaste
ALL OTHER DENTAL PROCEDURES will be given a discount of 15% off of our regular fees. There is no limit on how much money you can save with our plan.
